This coaching programme is aimed at supporting senior leaders to engage in a series of deep, meaningful, and high-value conversations about what is possible for their business as it transitions into a different future. Currently, the sole personal delivery method available is “walk and coach” where the coaching takes place in a large green space, park or similar where current social distancing requirements can be adhered to. This approach can be extremely beneficial for some clients, as walking and spending time in a natural environment outside a normal office or home office environment, enhances creative thinking, deep enquiry, awareness and honesty.
