Our Approach

We support the individual and their teams, explore their communication and presentation style, with an emphasis on developing an approach which reflects their own authentic self and their signature presence, but one which is powerful and effective. 360-degree feedback focussed on perceived personal brand presence and impact can be integrated at the start to act as a platform for initial individual executive or team coaching. Executive coaching for this service also enables the individual senior leader and their senior team to gain both clarity and insight into core values, beliefs, communication and working preferences. It also focuses attention on systemic patterns at play in the environment that both help and hinder impactful communication and impact. At emintell we have particular expertise in supporting senior leaders gain real insight into their signature presence, identity and impact.

Shadow Coaching Option

This element is highly recommended. It refers to the coach being present (but in the background) during board meetings, town halls, key presentations and also less formal meetings. This enables the coach to observe the client in real time, and enables them to offer highly direct and relevant feedback on what they are observing about the client’s, presence and impact. Currently, this option is only available virtually due to the physical distancing rules in place.
