Founded by master accredited executive & leadership coach Elaine Akester in 2011, emintell is an independent leadership development and coaching company based in Nottingham, but operating regionally, nationally and internationally.

Our team of leadership coaches and experts are all active members of leading coaching and mentoring regulatory bodies including the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AC). We abide by a strict code of ethics, guiding our professional competence. Each of us engages in regular coaching supervision with qualified coach supervisors. We love what we do and engage in continual learning, ensuring we retain excellence in an ever-changing world.
