People want positive change in the way that business and other public and professional services operate. In effect, a growing recognition that “profit at all costs” is no longer tenable. There is an increasing sense that the old traditional ways of leading are no longer tenable or fit for purpose. It is also driven by our collective awareness, that we need to take more responsibility for the state of our planet and its natural resources, including the climate and the impact of by-products on those resources, irrespective of our role or station in life.
Given this context, what exactly are conscious leaders? They are individuals and individuals in leadership teams, who are highly self-aware, open, curious, willing to admit and share mistakes and shortcomings and able to demonstrate authentic humility and empathy both towards themselves and others.
Through our executive coaching and leadership development programmes, we work to unleash and enable conscious leadership within individuals and teams, both in the UK and internationally. Our leadership development programmes involve a blend of team and personal coaching, alongside skills workshops, action learning sets and reflective and mindful practices, all focussed on raising levels of consciousness.
This is our core leadership development offering, comprising a number of facilitated learning events blended with 1-1 or small group coaching. These workshops are ideally delivered on a one module per month basis, enabling participants to complete learning assignments and practise enhanced skills and learning.
