Support in the development of a graduate management leadership talent academy, designed to harness high flying talent within the organisation.
What we did
The brief was to offer support in the optimum development of a range of interventions and support the accelerated development of identified high talent managers within adidas. Expectations were very high as it was a new initiative within the company. Results for the first cohort of six individuals were excellent, all six successfully graduated from the full development programme which included:
- Cross functional secondments
- 360-degree feedback
- Mentoring with a senior member of the management team
- Series of workshops aimed at improving core leadership skills
- Executive coaching over a six month period
