Elaine is a qualified lawyer, and ILM Level 7 accredited Executive coach and Leadership mentor with 10 years experience in executive coaching, training and people development. This is combined with 18 years experience working in business management in a variety of roles in the private sector culminating in owning and running a successful regional IT training business. Elaine is ably assisted by selected experienced coaches and trainers with varying specialism’s, dependant on the requirement of the particular organisation.
All coaches are members of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) one of the leading bodies connected with ensuring the highest standards within the coaching and mentoring fields. Each individual coach undertakes regular supervision and engages in continual professional development to ensure we keep abreast with the very latest trends and approaches in leadership development.
